YOGAKIDS at Dr. For Moms:

*Thursdays: 4h30-5h30 pm 5 -11yrs.  These classes focus on building flexibility and strength in both body and spirit. We will learn various asanas but also explore some of the different yoga traditions- including meditation and relaxation. According to the groups needs and wishes, we combine asana with stories, games, song, art, math, meditation, and fun to get kids excited about yoga while giving them tools to manage stress, strengthen and stretch their bodies.  Please call 403-247-9301 to register.
